Fábio Nunes was head-horseman at Casa Cadaval up until 2009. During this time, he redefined and influenced the breeding aims of Casa Cadaval to reflect his style of riding which had been influenced by both traditional horseback bullfighting and by modern international dressage. Financed by Teresa Castro Pereira, he has participated in many of the training courses in Hanover. During basic dressage training of young horses at Casa Cadaval he placed great value on trot work and the development of bounce and rhythm. He now lives in The Netherlands and works in a dressage stable.
